If you have forgotten your password, you must come to the data center in person with a photo ID, preferably the validated campus card. You can do this on normal working days and during normal working hours, usually from Mon-Fri between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Since your account gives you access to very personal data, such as your exam results, we are obliged to verify your identity and ensure that only you know your password.
Please note: If you have tried to enter the wrong password too quickly and too frequently, your account will be temporarily locked so that no unauthorized person can guess your password by brute force. The cause could also be your own mobile devices, which still try to access email or connect to the WLAN with the old password after a password change. Eliminate the aforementioned cause and try again later in this case.
