Adding Another University Mailbox to Outlook:

To add another mailbox to your existing profile and mailbox, please follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Click on "Datei" or "File".


  3. Please Choose "Kontoeinstellungen" or "Account Settings" and then again "Kontoeinstellungen..." or "Account Settings".


  4. Use a double-click onto your existing Email adress to open the next window.


  5. Now, you will find "Weitere Einstellungen" or "Further Settings" in the bottom left corner. Click on that.


  6. Select the enhanced tab or "Erweitert".


  7. Look for the "Hinzufügen" or "Add" Button and click it.


  8. In this last window you should put in the regarding E-mail adress connected to the required mail box. Then Click "OK".


    Important: Please follow the upcoming steps, to safe your changes. Closing open windows with X does not safe any changes.

  9. Click now on "OK" to safe.


  10. Please click on "Weiter" or "Continue". With that, a message should appear, that your settings have been updated. Now you can close all windows and restart outlook. The new mailbox is now successfully added to your account.
