Change of the (initial) login PIN

    You can change the login PIN for the Telephone in the Softclient:

    • Go to: https://voice.intern.th-ab.de/client/

    • Login with „Authenticate with SSO TH AB“ and your login information (e-Nr. and Password).

    • Select "Change PIN" via the profile symbol in the upper right corner.


    • Choose your new PIN (min. 4 digits)



    • Confirm and continue with "Send" or „Absenden“.

    • After that, you can now close the open windows.

      => With your newly set PIN and your personal extension, you can log in to all TH phones.
