If you have been connected to a different Eduroam Network before or if you have any problems setting up a new connection, deleting existing profiles from your device is recommended. Follow these steps to do so:
1. Press the [Windows] + [R] keys simultaneously to open the "Run" command.
2. Type "certmgr.msc" and click "OK". This will open the Certificate Manager.
3. Open the "Personal Certificates" folder and then click on the "Certificates" folder.
4. Delete the Eduroam certificates and confirm the deletion of the certificate.
