If you have been connected to a different Eduroam Network before or if you have any problems setting up a new connection, deleting existing profiles from your device is recommended. Follow these steps to do so:
1. Open the Systemsettings of your Mac.
2. Choose "Profiles" in the bottom right corner.
3. All user profiles will be shown on the left side. Delete all profiles connected to eduroam.
Now you have to install or reinstall eduroam. Follow this link to set up your eduroam.
