Find out below how you can change your university password via the web mail portal.

Login to the webmail portal:

Access to options:

Click on the gear icon at the top right of the window and navigate to “Options”.

Select the “My account” area:

In the window that opens, go to “General” in the left-hand column and select the first sub-item “My account”.

Navigate to the password change area:

Scroll down in the new tab until you can click on the blue text “Change your password” at the bottom right (as shown).

Change the password:
- Follow the instructions to change your password. Enter your old password and your new password twice.
- Your password should be at least 11 characters long - but then also complex, i.e. consisting of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters

Important: Click on “Save” before you close the window!
