- Ensure a stable Internet-Connection to your Device.

- Uninstall the geteduroam-App from your PC and delete all existing Eduroam-Profiles from your Device . This is further explained in this Guide: 

1. Open your browser on go to: https://www.easyroam.de. This site will appear:

2. Type "Technische Hochschule Aschaffenburg" into the search bar.

3. Select the university and log in with your registration details. .

4. After a successfull login click on "Manuelle Optionen" (or "Manual Options") and choose "Mobile-Config (Apple)".

5. Click on "Zugang generieren" (or "Generate Access"). The Download Box will pop up. Click on "OK" to proceed.

6. Open the Systemsettings on your Mac. Here you can find and click the Profile-button in the bottom right corner.

7. You will find yourself in the menu for Profil-Administration. On the left side, your new Eduroam-Profil is shown with a yellow Mark.

8. Through clicking on that Profil a installation request will pop up.Click on "Installieren" to install.

9. You Mac password will be needed to proceed. With this, you agree to the Installation of the profil. After the installation your mac will automatically build up a connection to the easyroam network.
