Guide for Installing VMware Horizon Client on MacOS

Setting Up a VPN Connection:
- Open your browser and go to https://vdi.ad.th-ab.de
- Click on "Install VMware Horizon Client."

Downloading and Installing VMware Horizon Client:
- On the next page, under "Mac," click on "Go to Downloads" and then "Download Now."
- Open the downloaded .dmg file and accept the license terms.
- In the window that appears, drag the VMware Horizon Client symbol into the Applications folder.

Configuring VMware Horizon Client:
- Launch the VMware Horizon Client.
- Enter "vdi.ad.th-ab.de" as the connection server name and confirm with "Connect."

Logging in with University Credentials:
- In the next step, enter your university login credentials in the format <Username>@ad.th-ab.de.
- Confirm the login with "Log In."

Connecting to the Desired Pool:
- After successful login, you can now connect to the desired pool.
