1. Attached you will find the TeamViewerQS.exe file.
2. Download it and save it on your desktop. Start the program by double-clicking it.
3. A window will open as shown below.
4. Provide your ID and password to the person who will be helping you.
Note: Please keep the program open until the person who has connected is disconnected from your computer!
